Hello, my name is Kit. My wife and I are retired and live in Blacklake Village, located in Nipomo, CA. I have had a Little Chief for umpty-ump years and was looking online for a possible solution why there is no actual smoke when doing salmon the last 3 times I have used it. I also am open changing up marinade recipes.Hopefully this forum can help me.
