Hello all from the midwest. Illinois to be exact.
Working with the 30" master built electric smoker.
First was a unknown propane smoker , and it wasn't fun.
Already completed the initiation bacon explosion and now trolling for baby back ribs !!!
Enjoyed the book , now gonna enjoy the art of smoking and eating good meat.
