Was just looking at mine and it’s due to be used. Maybe smash burgers soon.

I clean mine with a wire attachment to my 4" grinder .then use soap water bleach ..fire it up and boil water in it ..when clean I make Tripas ...doradas ...er. crispy milk intestines calf ....make salsa... that's good eatin..smell when you make them but as they are made crispy.....taste like pork skins
