I didnt smoke any food yesterday but 35lbs of crab legs, 10 dozen clams, 10 dozen steamers is worth some pics.

I love seafood,,, what are steamers?

do you steam the clams?

always wondered the proper way to cook them

Yummy. Whered you get the legs from?

Very more than awesome that seafood sure brings back memories of visiting family in new jersey shore in the summers. I haven't had pissers since last august when we go almost every year. Ahh the days of digging clams soft shell and hard shell. Alittle draw of butter and pure heaven.

Yeah - I am stuffed with the all the goodness that those crablegs had to offer. We got them from a local fishmarket on Long Island.

We steamed the clams in a broth (Blue Moon Summer Ale, Celery stalks, salt & pepper, bay leaf, thyme, aregeno, fresh garlic, and parsley.)
