Looks like it came out fantastic, Eric!
Thank you Doug.

Eric, you're killing me...😄
Well, get on the ball Charles 🤩

Looks amazing! Can you add a scratch and sniff sampler also? Can only imagine how good it smells !

Ryan
Thank you Ryan. It is amazing ham always. I need a better camera, cuz I know several post around here I can literally smell the food through the screen. Technology is amazing 🤩

Fantastic job on that ham Eric.

Point for sure
Chris
Much appreciated Chris. Probably is the best ham I’ve done.

Nice work Eric! It looks fantastic.
Thank you Brian, was very delicious.

Now that is fantastic, and like said above , I bet it smells and tastes great.

3 - 3" steaks. now that is some good future eating.

David
Thank you David. Oh yes it smelled just like you would imagine maybe even better.
Yup 3 steaks and don’t forget that large shank portion to make 4 total. I usually pass projects like this out to family and friends, but I may just be stingy with this one, it’s really good.

Nice work Eric. I'll bet that is delicious 👍
Thank you John. This one is out of the park delicious.

I can imagine,

Not stingy
It is called quality control, you do not want to pass on something that you have not checked out yourself :emoji_yum: :emoji_yum: , as you just never know

And they might not do the finished product the justice it deserves, just saying. lol

Mrs. Edge is gone for a few days so I was scrambling to get this done and whip up something for supper. So yup, ham it is, fried some gold taters with sliced onion and garlic along with some fresh broccoli and cheese. Spoon some of that cheese on those taters too.

I'd tear up that plate in record time! May have eaten the fine china plate and all before I got the brakes on lol.
