She knew I was looking for either Red Fresnos. Red jalapenos. She brought home 2.5 pounds of fresnos!
Sriracha sauce. Here I come!

1/2 gallon mason with filtered water 4.5 TBS salt. 2 quarts of water used.
8 cloves of garlic
Peppers were halved with seeds removed.
The wait begins.
 
Nice Steve! I thought about trying this but may just watch yours. Local produce place PM'd me about cases of Fresno's. I've got several bar he's in process and hopefully peppers coming on in a month

Thanks Jeff! Hopefully these will be as good as my hab/mango sauce I just finished.

I am blending a 2 qt batch of ferment today.

50/50 mix of serano and habenero.

4% solution, 1 week ferment.
