Scar, This ones for you.... Sausage mania

Having to work the weekends I started early... been a busy all week and am plum tuckered out... Three full days of sausage processing.... 80 lbs  in the fridge... 60 lbs of jalapeno cheddar kielbasa and 20 lbs of hot dogs...,First time try at adding some japs and cheese to 5 lbs of dogs.. 15 lbs of dogs and forgot some blow out meat at the end of the jap cheese kielbasa so made some dogs with it... Didnt do the whole qveiw process but heres the final results......
