I've been reading the wealth of knowledge here for a while and finally joined. My name is Rona and I live in Wisconsin. I have been smoking meat and making sausage for about 15 years. I do a lot of custom butchering and sausage making for family and friends. I make jerky, summer, brats, Hot sticks, hot dogs, breakfast sausage and a few others. I also smoke ribs, brisket, chicken, fish as well as canning venison. I'm a self taught novice and this site is just what I was looking for and will be doing the E-course.
I am in the process of building a new electric smoker and will post some pics when I get it finished.
I am a picture taking, meat smoking blogging type person that cant tell a story without pics. I am the admin for our state's bowhunting org's online forum and have been posting some of my projects there. Here is a deer butchering pictorial I did a while back.
