Me, I am not going to be a Pro, If I make sausage once a month it will be a lot. Reason I did LEM was it was all SS. It was on one heck of a sale. And it was sold by a sponsor. Reading some posts today I see where the bigger the capacity the less versatile the press.Very nice looking sausages. I was thinking about a stuffer so I could stop using my grinder to stuff. Now my mind has been made up, it's the 5# crank LEM.
I don't know enough to not buy a manual, but LEM seems a pretty respectable company.
