There is a very good butcher shop in Syracuse, named Liehs & Steigerwald...

I have to go to Syracuse tomorrow, so I will pick up some items...

On my list:

Blood and Tongue Sausage
Bratwurst
Knockwurst
Kielbasa
Hot Italian
Bockwurst


And anything else that catches my eye...

I have budgeted $125.00 for this trip....

It it was me, I'd have to up my budget!
When covid was around there was almost no butcher shops around us... many animals had to be euthanized. Since then, there are 3 new ones built, 1 other changed ownership and is expanding the business and yet another that upgraded to a brand new building with more services... including a beer cave! All are within 30 miles so I try to give them all some of my business.
