OK i started w/ sauteed garlic, onion, a little cheese...loaded with portobello mushrooms and of course sausage!


coated with olive oil


Let the mini do it's thing on full blast


Toasted the top with a blow torch for the crispy crunch!



Ladies and Gentlemen i give you my creation....all done with fire!

It sure does. I'd never trade my Mini-WSM!!! It's also nice as a portable smoker!
The fact you can take it around is the best part. ... I lug my uds around usually every weekend! It fits perfectly in the back of my jeep Grand Cherokee. ... Thank the lord I love the smell of Smoke!
 
Looks great! My mini is great. Truly becoming my favorite tool.
Ron i get it...i'm using it more often than not, and talk about being thrifty of fuel!!!    Yesterday I smoked a 6 lb chicken over about 3 hours and used maybe .25 cents in fuel and it was good as possibly could be.
