Do you use a cutter blade when using the kidney plate for stuffing sausage?

For stuffing , no . Meat is already ground right ?
Shouldn't need it at all for stuffing .
Edit . OK if using your grinder to stuff you'll use the stuffing plate no cutter .
Sorry I'm having a hard time reading because the columns are so narrow I'm only getting one or 2 words per line .

Depends on the grinder....some can use the kidney plate without the cutter knife, some you have to use both.

My LEM Big Bite grinder does not require the knife for stuffing, although I never use it for that purpose, I have a dedicated stuffer for that task.
