ok, i made these this morning. i took two cans of regular biscuits, and made a big flat dough on my big cutting board. i used a ½-pound of sausage, squashing it flat on the biscuit dough. i rolled it up, so that when i sliced it, it was like huge rolls. think cinnamon roll size. i cooked them in my toaster oven, at 400°, for about 12-13 minutes. they were good. i think next time i will make them smaller, by rolling them the other way. two and i was full. my daughter ate 1, and my wife ate 2. i also think they would be good with jeff's rub on them.
