Anyone ever have anything from or better yet take a class with the Sausage Sensei? Came across him not too long ago and he creates some pretty wild looking (in a good way) sausages.

CPC, Never heard of him but we can always learn , doesn't matter what level of expertise you're at.
He has numerous videos on You Tube. Watch a few and you will form your opinion.
