Smoke Blower
I can get a small cabbage into a quart size mason jar. I try to stay at a pound to a pound and a half. Anything larger requires another jar.

Took a taste today! No mold, some yeast.
Very crispy, tastes great.
Letting it go for a few more days.

Last batch I did I forgot about . I bet it was 3 months later when I saw it in the pantry .
No bad smell , but decided to toss it . Half way through I had to taste it .
Man it was good . So I had another fork full and put it in the fridge . Waited a day , no ill effects .
So I ate the rest . Lol . I due for a batch .
