Brined two birds Thursday in to Friday (24hours) . one brine was water brown sugar garlic powder onion powder cumin and Cajun seasoning. Other brine was water apple juice brown sugar garlic and onion powder. Let the birds sit in fridge over night Friday in to Saturday to dry more. Rubbed both birds and smoked with cherry wood

Thanks guys.
They turned out great I really liked the one I brined with apple juice, the meat was really sweet. Took it over to my parents house for their 39 year anniversary and they absolutely loved it. Nailed it

Seen a chicken play TicTacToe once.  But never croquet.  How do they hold the mallet without any hands? b

If your chicken is crocheting it's going to need a hooked needle and some yarn. The mallet might come in handy for croquet though. ;)

Auto spell edit made.  Thanks so much for pointing that out.  Don't monkey with me. b
