I myself am a 3:2:1 advocate, as well as flipping them over during the wrap. Very very consistent results

I did attempt the 3-2-1 method but they still weren’t done by the end, probably because my offset sucks, so had to keep them in longer. I didn’t flip them though so that could be an idea for next time

I'm sure it loses heat all over like my new one does.

Flipping does seem to help the meat start pulling back
