I myself am a 3:2:1 advocate, as well as flipping them over during the wrap. Very very consistent results

I'm sure it loses heat all over like my new one does.I did attempt the 3-2-1 method but they still weren’t done by the end, probably because my offset sucks, so had to keep them in longer. I didn’t flip them though so that could be an idea for next time

Thanks. It's just that something about them looks different from the spare ribs I've seen like maybe they have been cut in half or a part has been removed or something. Just couldn't put my finger on it.not a dumb question at all. Pork spare ribs
