Made some ribs this weekend on the UDS. Smoked 2 racks of baby backs, a whole turkey breast, and a chuck roast. Ribs went about 6.5 hours at 225ish. Rubbed with Cowtown BBQ The Squeal Hog Rub and a light sprinkling of Gate's Hot-N-Spicy rub for some heat. Sprayed every hour to 1:15 with a 50/50 mix of apple cider vinegar and apple juice with a few healthy glugs of worcestershire sauce added in to the spray bottle

Oh yeah, definitely some leftovers! I also did a whole turkey breast and a 3.5lb chuck roast. My biggest smoke to date! Turkey and ribs came out awesome. Chuck wasn't quite as tender as I was hoping for.

Ribs look great, can I taste a little piece? :)

Of course, come on over!

Love the UDS type smokers. Great flavor from charcoal and wood combo.

Definitely agree! I've had this one for 6 months or so and starting to get the hang of it and feel like I sort of know what I'm doing. It sure does a good job on letting me know I don't have it mastered quite yet too!
