Found a good price on some strip steaks yesterday and grabbed 4 plus a bunch of fresh asparagus. Unwrapped and seasoned the steaks with some Montreal steak seasoning and got the smoker up to 225*. Smoked them to and IT of 120-125* and pulled them off to rest for about 20 minutes until the grill cranked up. Tossed them back on the grill for about 30 secs per side and it was dinner time. Steamed the asparagus and plated.

Looks great, I enjoy doing them like that on the pellet grill, only difference is I can slide a cover over and have flames

Pair those steaks up with a vintage PBR and it's heaven I say. Beauties!!!

Point for sure
Chris

The only down side is I can sear about 3 good sized steaks at 1 time, any more and I fire up the Weber gasser. 3 is the normal weekday cook for wife and I though
