Saturday cook pics

Well, we finished the cook and I've got pics for ya. We ended up cooking 22 pork butts and served about 100 plates. I also fixed Dutch's baked beans and I'm telling you they were outstanding!! Dutch, hat's off to ya for sharing with us. We also cooked up a fair amount of hash which I've had people asked for both the beans and the hash receipe. Ok, here are the pics....
PS: I used the quick cook method (5 to 6 hours) and I was really happy how they turned out.
