this was bout a 5#er pulled and foiled at 187º let rest for 1.5 hrs nice juicy and great flavor. done several briskets befor but this one had the best flavor and fork tender no sauce needed. served with beans,mac salad & fresh baked bread. this tasted so good and a few cold one i forgot to take plated qview darn the luck. This had black bart brisket rub and spritzed with apple juice bout every hour & apple wood with a little hickory.not much of a smoke ring?









will do this one again
 
Nice smoke ya got there, Terry. Really good looking brisket. Makes me want some brisket and eggs for breakfast!
