Hi there I live in So minnesota, but grew up & lived in Oklahoma for 33 years. I've been bbqin for about 20 years now & though many friends & family members compliment my skills I dont consider myself a master. I'm just a guy who enjoys smoking meats and the whole bbq experience, friends, family & good food. Matter of fact i've got a brisket on the smoker right now so i gotta go.

Where you're at in Minn do you guys saw draw or draught when talking about beer from a keg. Stopped at a place when driving through there one time and got a beer, asked what they had on draught and the lady kept calling it "draw", just thought that was interesting.
