Was looking into a new gizmo for my kettle and was thinking about a Santa Maria setup. I'm seeing a lot of different ones with a huge price range. What are some good ones out there? What's your experience with yours?
A sweet grill. It is an open grill that allows the cook to raise and lower grate to control temp. There are several threads here that discuss it. This grill is awesome:
