Tomahawk Wednesday. A little salt wine the potatoe goes on. Thinking Kinders premium blend lightly.

Ok got no finish shots as momma was hungry. Sorry. It was more medium then medium rare but that's how she likes it.

Was it good? I've been eyeing them for a while now.
They look good!!!

Was really good. Momma likes the bone in for extra flavor. I did it s little over what I prefer to her liking and she did s number in it with the help of the little man. Was just sit three pounds and there was nothing left between us. Yes, I did most the damage. I believe after the discount of being older it was about 33 bucks. Still too expensive yes. Decent deal for what it was this day in age... also yes.

Awesome, thank you .
My wife likes her steaks rare, rare.
She's the type that will eat my fresh ground beef raw with a cottled egg yolk on it. Which completely grosses me out. I always joke with her that she could've been a K9 in a past life.

I like med rare, I , could never get used to the text ture of rare meat.
I've never had a tomahawk steak, they sure are appealing to my eyes, so I'll have to remedy that.
Ive never bought steaks at Sam's
I joined Sam's for their sales price on Blanton's Bourbon, it dopes down to $60 a bottle a few times a yr. Other liquor stores around here sell it for $100+ a bottle when they have it, and that's not often.
Next time I'm at Sam's Im gonna grab one of the tomahawks.

Thank you
Dan.

That grill shot looked awesome! I don't buy them often, but usually when I do it's because I'm giving the bone to the dogs!

Looks good . Has a nice cap on it , that's the best part I think and where the money is .

I like it still mooing , but I've had some great beef into the 140's . Cooked right and retain the moisture , it's darn good at those temps .
