Next weekends menu,
2 Slabs pork spare ribs
2 slabs beef back ribs
6 Cornish hens with rasberry glaze
3# HOT smoked wings
and a few sausages

Lots of beer and jiggy juice from the blender

Any suggestions for some non run of the mill sides would be great, all cooking will be done down by the river, about 500yds from the house, so ease of prep and cooking is important. The smoker is full but I do have a grill and electric skillet

Good luck. Try some chile con queso. Some jalapenos, tomatoes, and onion, (diced) sauteed in a little butter, then add chunks of velveeta to melt. Thin it out to the consistency you like with a little chicken broth. Serve it with tostadas. It makes a great appetizer.
