I posted that i had some sausage made from a local smoker that was to salty to eat. I recieved several helpful post, saying that you cant uncase it and add pork? The smoker i used said he can do it. I took it back to him for him to try and fix. Is that a good idea? i'am starting to douht my decision. What do you all think? let me know. Thank you.
