Salt & Pepper Only Seasoning?

Now on my beef I if I cook it or it's cooked right all you should need is salt and pepper hands down. Now I don't think people are wrong for using other things they just don't want to taste the meat I guess.

On a good steak i like just salt and fresh cracked pepper. Some time i add a pinch of celery powder and a pinch of nutmeg. Just to make folks go WOW! that's good what is that i taste?
