Brush with salad dressing mixed with fresh chopped fill. I use Newman's Sesame Ginger dressing. Then coat libetally with rub. I like Pork Barrel rub from Sam's Club. Huge container for $7. Cook 25-30 min skin side down at 325 degrees. Amazing.
