Salmon Patties & Stuffed Pepper and Mushrooms with Q-view

Made kind of a quick (by smoking standards) dinner in the smoker the other night:  Pacific (wild) salmon patties from Costco, a red bell pepper and button mushrooms stuffed with Italian sausage, rice, parmesan and bread crumbs.  Turned out really well.
