Hi. I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations as to which paint is the best to use on the inside of your smoker once all the rust is removed.

First of all welcome to SMF!
You wouldn't want to put any paint on the inside of the smoker.
Just spray it down with Pam & fire it up.
Get a good fire going & get the temp around 300 degrees for a couple of hours.
Also I see this is your first post.
So at your leisure would you swing by Roll Call & introduce yourself.
