Rough start, but on my way to my first cook

I think it looks great! Love the pics and video. Yeah a majority of the beef ribs I've cooked had a LOT of fat on them. That last rack I cooked was about as meaty as I've ever had but I love em and I just trim away the excess fat. Those look very tender.
 
Looking good. Takes a long time to render beef ribs down, but they are so rich and flavorful!!
