Just so I can understand better, can you clarify "it wouldn't hold"?
One burner only wouldn't hold 350. One burner plus second sear burner on low, 400. So I was at 300 or 400, nothing in between. It was pretty cold out which didn't help. That is why I want to get the rotisserie set up as then I can adjust all the burners lower and get better temp control. Using the grill and spatchcocked bird was not a good set up.
