Well I decided to cook a tritip today as I bought some big shrimp for Sunday.:biggrin:
I basted the TT with a mixture of butter,worchestshire and Italian dressing to try and add some flavor as I usally season the night before not minutes. My faves cherry and pecan providing the magic smoke. Served with cheesy taters and steamed broccoli.

 
Thanks DS,I'm thinking about a potato cake topped with TT,mushroom,onion and a sunny side up egg for breakfast.:biggrin:

I'd skip the shrooms! But the rest sounds great. Add some gravy and you'd have an off the wall non traditional Loco Moco!
