Well I decided to cook a tritip today as I bought some big shrimp for Sunday.:biggrin:
I basted the TT with a mixture of butter,worchestshire and Italian dressing to try and add some flavor as I usally season the night before not minutes. My faves cherry and pecan providing the magic smoke. Served with cheesy taters and steamed broccoli.
