rotisserie motor advice

Hello,

I have a 4 compartment smoker measuring 4'-8" x 24'-0" x 8'-0" high. 3 compartments are up and runnig and they work great. The 4th comparment will be a rotisserie with (6) 10" x 54" trays. I estimate smoking about 300 lbs at a time. What type of motor should I use and where can I obtain literature and purchase motors for rotisseries?
