Rookie smoker from Georgia

Hi, I'm a rookie smoker rocking the ECB smoke n grill in which my wife purchased for me on father's day.  This forum is awesome and I have been reading on it the past 3 weeks trying to soak in all I can.  I look forward to staying on here for a while even though my wife keeps naggin at me saying no one cares about your smoker lol. I told her I was chattin' with Johnny Trigg so she can shut it!

Hello and Welcome to our addiction.  A word of warning: There is no 12 step program for this one!  Many good folk here with a load of experience that they are more than willing to share.  If you have specific questions just start a thread and someone with experience will be along soon to offer advice.  All info you can provide us with such as smoker type, location and so on will help us answer any questions you may have.  Spend some time doing some research on the forums, tons of advice and recipes already available there.  WE care about your smoker!  We look forward to your contributions.  Have fun.  Good luck.  Keep Smokin!

Welcome aboard!  This is the best place I know for sharing ideas on smoking, grilling, curing, etc.  There are plenty of friendly, knowledgeable folks who really enjoy helping one another.  Looking forward to your input here, and just ask when you need anything...someone here will surely have the answer.
