Hello everyone,

Basically, I've always liked grilling on my charcoal grill, but I couldn't do much on it.

My wife bought me a Master Forger verticle green smoker form Lowes for 60.00.

I raised the charcoal grate and put some dampers in the bottom and top. I still have a few things to do.  I just recently completed my first smoke with a rack of ribs that took about 6 hours to reach 170.  They were amazing, but I have a feeling they could be a lot better with some key smoking tips from veterans on here.
