My name is Tracey, and I love to cook and am really excited to start smoking!  My family bought me a Smoke Hollow 44 Pro Series for my birthday.  I have seasoned it and am going to smoke a pork loin for my first attempt.  This forum is great how everyone tries to help each other.  I am really looking forward to learning technique as well as recipes from everyone on the forum.  So many great things to smoke so little time!!!
