It's not pretty but I think it's going to be a good year. I had an oven crap out on me 2 days before thanksgiving and I wasn't upset because I knew I could now use the door seal for my ECB. I put the legs on the outside, installed a temp gauge, took the vent from the lid of a small grill I bought for $19.00. I'm using the small grill for heat and I put the seal around the lid so I can control heat. I used the wire fasteners that the oven used for the seal, I drilled small holes in the lid where necessary and attached the seal. All the ideas for this I got from this forum. Great forum and I know I will be here a lot this summer. Thanks everyone.
