14# brisket over some sweet smelling hickory. Bonus was 3# of ground trimmings for Labor Day burgers.

Thanks. I switched from a large offset and will never go back. The drum smoker produces nice Q and is very efficient on fuel. It's pretty much set it and forget it for at least 12 hrs on less than 10# of coal. Stores easily in my basement too.
