I work night shift and we are over staffed so there's always down time. Yesterday I decided I'd feed my co-workers and rolled a pizza fatty at home. I brought my mini with me to work and man did the guys love it. There was nothing special about this one. Wanted Italian sausage but the grocery store was out so went with breakfast. Throw in some shredded "pizza" cheese, black olives, mushrooms, pepperoni, pizza sauce, and a rolled thin bacon weave and life was grand. Because it was so dark I couldn't take pictures but it came out beautiful. The mini is perfect for portable smokes and I took the pot off, let the coals get super hot, and crisped the bacon on the grill portion. Worked amazing. Now the guys are trying to figure out who's bringing the next one and what it'll have. Sounds like we are going to have some competitions who can roll the best fatty.
