I just wanted to say hi to everyone. This site seems to be very helpful. I am a newbie smoker from nw pa. I am a student at Penn State in Erie Pa going for mechanical engineering. I got a Brinkmann 40'' Charcoal Smoker and starting to get some more gear. I hope to be chatting with you all soon enough with some questions. Thanks in advance.
