Hey there everyone,

My name is Spencer, I live in Wichita Ks. I have been smoking for about five months and am totally addicted. Its the most fun cooking I've had in a long time. I have an electric Master Forge smoker now, I had and electric Brinkman bullet smoker before that. I have tried a lot of the basics and am looking forward to sharpening my skills. Hi to everyone, I am looking forward to learning from everyone.
