Figure why not? Rigatoni is one of my favorites. So it's in at 350 as well as my pizza stone for bread I'm going to bake. More pictures to come.
Simple,cheap and good.
I like my pasta al dente, light sauce, cottage cheese, sharp cheddar mix well.
Dump mix in a glass dish or your choice of dish, add toppings you like and add mozzarella cheese.
Cover with foil, poke 5 holes in foil 1 in the middle and 1 at each corner. Lay your tooth pick sideways pop up foil to make a tent.
Bake 1 hr 350,revome foil at 45mins and let cheese get color or brown a bit. Let rest 15 mins eat.
Don't forget to bake your bread!

Rigatoni starting to get good color and the bread is looking great!! Hopefully the meds will at least help some.
Whole wheat bread, not my favorite but it was good with cinnamon & sugar butter. Kinda taste like roadhouse butter. 154# food whole lol. I'm thinking stuffed peppers soon.

Say it ain't so? Oh, it's so... Love pasta on the smoker. Italian,Tex-Mex or Mexican, they're all good on the smoker. You betcha
