Looks good. Did you rub mustard on the ribs first? Usually helps rub stick.
 
Look like baby back? I used to use mustard but I haven't in years. The rub will still stick if you give it a few minutes to set but there's nothing wrong with a little mustard either. I do use it on fried fish!
 
They turned out awesome. Sorry I didn’t get a chance to take pics. I promised some to a buddy and he came for them before they were done. They disappeared the second they left the smoker lol. No I didn’t use mustard. I’ve tried it in the past, didn’t make much of a difference that I could notice. YEah they were baby backs.
These arent the same ribs, I did them a couple weeks ago but you get the idea.
