Does any one inject ribs? Advice on what to use and how it turns out?
I've never injected ribs. There's just not enough meat mass between the bones to be worth the effort. I either use my rub or Jeff's rub and hit the flavor profile that we like. I also never foil ribs. We like firm ribs with just a little tug. Not mushy or FOTB.
