Hi All,
I need practice on my ribs.
I found a good source for ribs and a good price.
Here is some Q-view of ribs I am making for tomorrow to have during the race.
1. pic, They are rubbed and zipped up in a food bag savor. They will go on tomorrow around 9:00 am.
2. pic, I have the trimmings rubbed up and ready to smoke tomorrow too to put in chili at a later date.

I'll post some more Q-view tomorrow, after they are done.

Well the ribs and tips went on around 9:00 this morning.
I wrapped them around 12:00, after spraying them with just some apple juice.
Here are 2 Q-views, 1st on is when they went on the smoker, the second is when I wrapped them...... and yes they are upside down in the second picture .

Well the came of the smoker a little before 3:00pm, They were good.
Thanks to all the good info I got from here.
Here is some more Q-view of them cooking after I glazed them ,when they were done. and what was left when we got done.
I have to get better at taking food pictures, they were not as dark as they look in these pictures.
Thanks
Ron

The third picture tells me you are also a magician. Those ribs just disappeared! LOL Nice smoke!

Take care, have fun, and do good!

Nice pullback on those rib-bones, Wilson. When I end up with dark pic's, I'll retake them with the flash-that will usually take care of the problem.

Okay now you have to do a "do over". Smoke some more ribs and take more pics.. and this time send us samples so we know what they really look (and taste) like
