I’m overdue for a post so here’s some ribs I did for the family today. 2 racks of baby backs with a cherry preserve glaze and then a rack of beef back ribs. I’ve never had beef back ribs but my Costco recently started selling them. Bit of shiners but is what it is.
TNJAKE
has good things to say about back ribs so I gave them a shot. 225 for all. 1 rack of ribs finished in less than 3 hours! Other 2 made more sense and went for 5/6. Jake was right, flavor wise those beef back ribs stand up to anything. I’ll pick a better rack next time but damn there good. Here are the beef backs season with MC Holy Cow

Here they are together ready to eat.
Was good to finally get the Rec Teq rolling again. Planned on the cabinet but days schedule called for set it and forget it cook. And thanks for
TNJAKE
for the inspiration! You weren’t lying, flavor wise beef backs second to none.
