You inspired me. Found two packs on sale yesterday. Weather not good for this weekend so they went in the freezer. Did you take the skin off ? I've seen recipes that do and some that don't.

I did not only due to how high I was running IT. The membrane keeps the ribs from falling apart and doesn't effect the taste any. I have taken it off in past cooks and it worked good too. I think it comes down to personal preference and time.
