Ribs - Juice In The Pan?

I am planning on doing ribs for the 4th using the 3-2-1 method. I need some ideas on what to put in the pan.  I usually just dump a can of chicken stock in there but would like to try someting different.  Any suggestions? 
 
There nothing wrong with some apple juice and apple cider vinegar.

One time I used Apple juice along with some Rum. It was a nice touch!
